   There was an employee sitting behind us on a phone call the entire time during our dinner. My wife and I struggled to hear each other over his loud conversation. I finally had to confront him and ask him to tone it down. He wasn’t happy with that. Later on he approached us and reluctantly apologized. I cannot understand how an establishment would let an employee ruin a customer’s meal. This was an owner/ management problem. They should have addressed the issue before I had to. Food was great. Service was excellent. Ambience couldn’t have been worse. Bad experience for $180.

   Thank you for yet another amazing dining experience at Rio. I brought my family this evening for our Christmas celebration. We may have started a new tradition. We enjoyed every moment, and I offer special kudos to the hostess/server, Amanda--who always shines so brightly, you have to wear sunglasses to be in the same room with her! Thank you, Amanda, for your warmth and sweet, welcoming smile. And thank you so so much for providing this lovely venue, Val. And I'm also grateful to you, Emilio, for the fabulous wine.    Son like to come every year for his birthday and this was the 5th year wanted to come here. Service was impeccable. Much better than the last time I was in a several weeks ago. Good overall good. Few things I just Wasn’t the target audience for but that’s ok. Plenty of other options

   The food was excellent the service was great, I was seated kinda right outside the kitchen so the smell from the kitchen was great the steak, ribs, chicken everything was amazing juicy the staff was so polite the salad bar was clean. I would recommend to everyone for any occasion it a must visit

   This is a wonderful place. We always have impeccable service. This is the best kept secret in Hanover county.

   The food was great. When I walked in and waited to be seated on Thanksgiving I noticed that I did see anyone walking around with the meat skewers. After being seated I waited about 15 minutes for a waitress. I had to request pork since in the over an hour that I was here it only came by one time. At my request for pork I was told that it had to be cooked. Although I appreciate that they prepared it for me it just wasn’t what I expected. It was not crowded but almost full. The food was enjoyable but I feel like I paid to eat from the salad bar
