   We had a wonderful experience at Rio Brazos this evening. Sara is an excellent server! Our food was superb & the restaurant has amazing ambiance. We will definitely come back for another enjoyable evening again soon.

   This was our second visit, and it was just as good if not better than the first!! The wait for our main course was longer than expected, but the wine was flowing so it wasn’t too terrible. :) (John came to our table to introduce himself, and we enjoyed a conversation about wines… then he said “we are friends now”…so nice of him!) Again, we are so happy to have a restaurant of this caliber so close to home, and save having to drive into town. Can’t wait until next time!! I think we plan to sit at the bar and just share some appetizers rather than order a big meal for a change. Jeff & Cindy

   Fantastic food and service. We will definitely be coming back soon. Our server was so patient and attentive, very professional! Our steaks were delicious and the sirloin was probably the best steak I’ve ever eaten!

   We had the pan seared tenderloin. The steak was extremely tasteful and cooked to perfection. The vegetables were cooked and seasoned well. Will definitely go back again.

   This was a great experience overall. The food was fantastic as was the service. Definitely a do-over restaurant.

   What a fantastic new place for upscale meals! We tried: 1. fried quail leg. They are drizzled in honey making them sweet. Enjoyed these 2. corn fritters. Corn mix and sauce somewhat spicy, but I love spice so not an issue! Kind of resembles a hush puppy. 3. Chicken fried ribeye- huge and delicious! 4. Red snapper- nice portion and also delicious! 5. Tenderloin- tender and tasty. Did not enjoy the mushrooms. Great ambiance, great service. Pricey, but it delivers quality food.

    last night was the first night that I had come to the Rio Brazos grill the service was excellent, and the food was very, very good. My steak was so tender. The noise level wasn’t bad and I will definitely come again.
