   Overall great experience. Food was tasty, server Nikki was exceptional. Only complaint was the ambient lighting was too low and with a black table it was very difficult to read the menu or see the food. Otherwise everything was very good. We had a wonderful time.

   We had a really great first experience here! They were very accommodating when I had to move back my schedule due to the marathon downtown. Our server Liam was very attentive and gave great recommendations. The food was great, my boyfriend’s brother said the lobster omelette was the best breakfast food he’s ever had. I got the breakfast sandwich which was surprisingly very sweet, but still good. We’ll definitely be back!

   It was a great time at the Ritual House celebrating my mother’s birthday. We went at noon for brunch and glad we did. Our server Bryce was very attentive and friendly. His recommendations were great. Will definitely come back again and can’t wait to eat during the dinner hour.

   Excellent food and service! I have been there about 4 times now. I have been there for brunch, lunch, and dinner and it was all amazing!

    The evening started out pretty rough. We were put at a table that the heat as blasting so it was hot and the table was to small. When I went to ask the manager to turn the heat off my heel got caught in a grate and the grate fell into a gaping hole in the floor, were anyone could have gotten seriously hurt. I immediately told the manager and he immediately made things right. We were moved to a new location. Got a few complimentary appetizers and had a very enjoyable evening. If it hadn’t been for the actions of management the evening would have been ruined
