   We were there for a Buffalo Bills game. Our server, Sabina was fabulous! Very attentive, professional and sweet. Had an awesome time on this particular Sunday!!! The next time we find ourselves in Chicago, we will definitely head back to Rizzo’s.

   I have been to Rizzo’s multiple times this summer and every time I go the service is so-so. But yesterday it was even worse than before. We waited over 10 minutes for a server to take our drink order and it was not busy at all. Then it took forever to get drinks, food and then our bill. Our server was not in the best mood when she came over to our table finally at 10 minutes of us waiting. Then she acted annoyed when we asked about types of beers on tap and other drink options. Rizzo’s needs to work on customer service and tables to servers if that is why our servers have been not the good.

   Came here before a concert. Had great service and the place is pretty cool. Would go for the drinks for sure. Meals were not that good.

   Always love going here before cubs game or a concert. Staff is the best. Love that you can make a reservation

   Always a great place for drinks and food before any event at Wrigley. The outdoor patio is a fun place to hang out with friends and family. The drinks are delicious!

   Very good food. Nice selection of food and drinks and great happy hour deals. We were really happy with our experience there.

   I was extremely disappointed that a 5% hospitality fee ( the menu said it would be 3%, which is still unacceptable) was added to my bill without my knowledge or consent This is disrespectful to me as the customer and lowered the value of my experience. We are already paying inflated prices for our food. And I am sure that most of your customers are tipping your wait staff 20% or more. I felt ripped off. Please stop being greedy. You can manage your business to be profitable without ripping off your customers.
