   Celebrated my 30th birthday with friends at Roca, I had the most memorable time shared with the most exceptional staff, service, food and drinks. Everyone at the venue was outstanding and really helped to make my day night a very special one. Not a lot of places around the area with 5* service anymore so this is a gem.

   We booked a table in advance, but when we arrived, we had to wait 15 minutes just to be seated, standing the entire time. Once seated, we were completely ignored. After waiting 25 minutes with no service, my partner had to get someone’s attention. Even then, the staff member promised to assist us but never returned. When we finally got our food, it was cold, as if it had been prepared earlier and forgotten. Overall, the experience was disappointing—poor service, long wait times, and cold food. Definitely not what we expected.

   First time visiting Rocca and I will definitely be coming back again for the food! The service was amazing, we were served by our lovely waiter Joey! He was so friendly and attentive and really looked after us. We also had the pleasure of meeting Chef Rahman who we had a lovely chat with and also thank you again for the complimentary desserts as we absolutely loved it!

   Went to Roca with my wife and was greeted and seated quickly. Order taken and drinks served in good time. Then we ordered our food. Kitchen lost our ticket so waited over an hour for any food, had to ask the waitress before this being noticed. The food was lovely, which saved the night really. We did get given a free round of drinks and a 10% discount as an apology, so not all bad feeling towards Roca. The menu is condensed and simple, which makes ordering easy. Waiting staff are friendly. Ambience is nice, pricing is ever so slightly steep for what you get but hey, it’s 2025 - everything’s expensive. Overall left feeling happy about the food but unhappy with the length of time it took to get it.

   First visit - great atmosphere!! Lovely food and staff. Definitely the best place in Bedford for steak. I will be a frequent diner from now on.

   Very bad service ruined the whole night on New Year’s Eve. Waiters didn’t have a clue what was going on. We had a starter within 2 hours. We ended up leaving due to it being an absolute joke in the end. Feel bad for the chefs as the food that we did get given was 10/10 but the delivery was awful! Worst I’ve seen and I’m not one to grumble.

   The experience was good, however I have an allergy and preordered my items and was advised in the email communication what I had preordered could be made specifically for my allergy. However on the day, as the other people starters came out I was told that I couldn’t have what I ordered in advance and had to choose something else and then I wasn’t served a steak sauce I ordered which I was advised could be made specially for me. This impacted my experience, however the rest of the people on my table enjoyed their meal.
