   We come here regularly and it seemed to be off. Ordered our usual and we asked for grilled chicken and this time it came shredded which affected taste since the marinade wasn’t obvious. Shell we usually have crispy but instead seemed to be a store bought hard shell. Made a reservation and asked for booth while there were many open they stated they are reserved. We should gave been one of them. In the time we were there most of those remained empty. Also appeared to be a couple newer managers so maybe they are changing it up. This place is usually packed and was noticeably lacking reduced crowd. Also seems to be a bit of turnover. Highly suggest paying more attention to your customers requests and assuring food is as ordered. If you are paying attention you should know your regulars.

   The restaurant music and the holiday center music were both so loud and didn’t blend and it was rather annoying to have two different music options happening at the same time. You couldn’t enjoy either one. It also took a rather long time before our server approached and took a drink order and then came back with drinks and then left again and then came back for appetizer order but took dinner order at the same time so it all came at once instead of allowing us to enjoy appetizers first. Just not how one would expect service to flow.

   Fun atmosphere with lively music and good food. Nice table presentation of guacamole made in front of you. Margaritas are good, too! Lots of choices. This time of year with all the Christmas lights/decorations/music at UTC makes an outstanding experience anytime after sunset.

   Had excellent drinks and food tonight at a busy Rocco’s Tacos in UTC. Sebastian, our server, was also excellent. This restaurant has gotten better each time I have visited. I especially like that they now take reservations! Great location to enjoy all of the holiday activities and decorations.

   They overpacked the restaurant and seating was terrible. Service was as god as it could be but since it was overpacked service was slow.

   I recently visited Rococo's Tacos, drawn in by the buzz about their vibrant atmosphere and handcrafted cocktails. While the drinks absolutely lived up to the hype, the food, unfortunately, fell short. Starting with the positives: the drink menu was impressive. The margaritas were perfectly balanced—tangy and refreshing without being overly sweet. I tried the strawberry margarita, which was fruity and floral in the best way. Every drink seemed thoughtfully crafted, and the bartenders clearly knew what they were doing. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for a solid happy hour or just want to hang out and sip on some creative beverages. However, the food left much to be desired. The tacos, which I had high hopes for, were underwhelming. The fillings were bland and lacked the bold flavors I associate with great Mexican food. Even the tortillas, which I hoped would be a standout, tasted store-bought and uninspired. Sides like chips and guacamole were passable but not memorable, and the portions felt small for the price. Overall, Rococo's Tacos is a place I’d return to for drinks and maybe a light snack, but I wouldn’t recommend it as a dining destination. If they could bring the same energy and attention to detail in the kitchen as they do behind the bar, this spot could really shine.

   First time at Rocco’s. The hostess seemed to be very annoyed that she had to seat people. Our waitress was nice but seemed like she was in a hurry and didn’t want to explain anything. I had the chicken tacos and they were bland. The rice and beans tasted as though they came from a package or a can. The cheese dip and chips were bland and the chips were stale. There were 4 of us and none of us enjoyed our meals. For the price, we should have been eating much better food. We won’t be back.

    This was our first visit here. We were seated immediately at the exact time of our reservation, had a nice pub table outside on a nice evening, and the food was delicious and the service was prompt and attentive. We were there on Taco Tuesday, so the discounts made the meal a very good value. We will be back.
