   This place never ever lets you down!! Service=amazing! Food=amazing!! The fillet steak is the best we’ve ever had!! Just love this place and will always highly recommend

   My partner and I have been to rooftop gardens probably a year ago and enjoyed our time. But unfortunately tonight we experienced a very different experience to last. It was Saturday night, but the noise level was very loud. It’s more of a drinking place than a restaurant now. We waited over 30mins for our order to be taken. I had the duck & chorizo rice which was so plain and left me feeling like I could have made that at home. My partner asked for medium rare fillet and got well done. The desserts were obviously pre made and nothing special, just a waste of money. For a cocktail, 2 soft drinks, 2 mains and 2 desserts it was £105!!! We left feeling we had been ripped off as we had a bad experience with bad food.

   Usually amazing service, we would stay for Penrith of drinks with food- but the service girls were mainly just talking between them at the desk, and had to keep trying to grab their attention to be served. So disappointing compared to the last few times we have been. I took a new friend and she commented she wouldn’t go back…

   Decided on the Rooftop Gardens for my birthday dinner with the family. Haven’t been for several years, was disappointed to see the seating was very stained in the round booth we were in. Food was tasty however I feel that my choice would have benefited from having some extra veg as standard rather than ordering in addition. Our server Evie was brilliant, attentive, helpful but not intrusive. She made for a very pleasant experience with the added surprise of a complimentary cocktail at the end of the meal. Thanks Evie!

   Service was a tad slow, took a while to get our drinks. Chocolate pudding was 95% sponge & managed to charge us for 3 meals for 2 people. Refunded after I complained.

   I do like rooftop gardens overall but I’ve booked a table for bottomless brunch on a Sunday and I have been advised that it’s not a thing.. it shouldn’t let you book it if it’s not a thing. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to it so much.

    Half the food was cold and service was lacking, no one checked in on us, felt like we were forgotten about. Waited 30 mins to get plates cleared.
