   The food was okay and the service was good. I ordered the fish and chips and asked if I could substitute mashed potatoes for the fries and was told it would be fine. When we got the bill we realized we were up charged $6 for mashed potatoes. Really?!? It would have been nice if our server could have been up front about it to begin with. My son asked for the truffle fries instead of the regular fries. We were up-charged for that too. It was way overpriced for what we had and it felt like we were nickeled and dimed. There are plenty of other great places to eat in Jackson so we won’t be going back.

   Our group really liked the Chili and Eleanor Grilled Chicken sandwich. And the Presidential Carve Prime Rib was over the top. Menu says 8oz but was much larger and the sides were delicious (asparagus & mashed potatoes).

   Great food and lovely setting. We loved the spinach artichoke dip and pretzel appetizer. Had burger. Steak and pasta all great!

   Our server was great. The manager stopped by to check on us multiple times. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was great. It was pretty slow when we sent in.

    Roosevelts was very welcoming and warm, great atmosphere with my favorite music was playing. Our server and the host was very welcoming. We enjoyed our food and the burger was awesome!
