   Definitely understaffed so the service was quite slow at lunch. Our server was trying her best but seemed to have too many tables to keep up with.

   Always a good experience. Food and service is always good and while crowded and energetic the chips/salsa keeps one satisfied until their entree comes. One of three restaurants we visit for Taco Tuesday

   Way too cold in restaurant. Door open all the time for Dashers and no heat to block cold from pouring in. Made it difficult to eat as we had to wear heavy coats and food got cold quickly.

   Had a fun afternoon brunch with friends. Service was a little slow to start but overall was fine. Our server was friendly and gave good recommendations. This was a more laid back Rosa Mex and it had a cozier vibe than the one at Lincoln Center.

   Rosa Mexicano is a favorite of mine and always at this Midtown location. The staff is friendly and attentive and the food and drinks are really delish. It's a great value especially on Tuesdays as they have "Taco Tuesday" so all of their taco selections are 1/2 price! Have tacos as your main meal, add a pomegranate frozen margarita and shrimp diablo as an appetizer and you are all set for a yummy meal at a very affordable evening.

    My friend and I split two apps and had one drink each. The waiters could not wait to rush us out of the restaurant. The waiter we had was unenthusiastic and bothered. It was margarita Monday and we asked if all margaritas were included and she looked at us like we were stupid. The waiter took my plate while I was still eating off it, she never asked if we wanted another drink/round, and rudely brought us over the check once it hit 90 mins without us asking. (No 90 min rule was ever disclosed to us, nor was it written on the menu or table or anywhere for that matter). The place was not busy and there were PLENTY of open tables. We took 20 mins to pay because we were talking and were very offended by the restaurant’s rudeness. The wait staff kept coming over, making us feel uncomfortable, and we’re talking and Pointing at us to one another. We don’t know why we were rushed out and why the staff was being so strange and bothered? It was only 6 pm and the place had many open tables. We had one drinks each. Needless to say we will not be back. We felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Which is a pity because the margarita was good and we would have loved to make this place a regular spot. Highly do NOT recommended based on the atmosphere and staff.
