    Terrible experiencia para fin de año! Para reservar tienes que pagar por anticipado y te incluyen el 15% de servicio sin embargo cuando llegue no tenían lista mi mesa y tuvieron que mover a cinco familias para hacer espacio y meter mi mesa en medio porque querían ponerme una frente a la puerta de salida. Habían pasado 45 min y solo había bebido agua natural, no me habían servido NADA. Las cosas tenía que pedirlas 3 veces a diferentes personas a ver a quien no se le olvidaba y me hacía caso. Los meseros confundidos, los capitanes que no servían de nada y el propio gerente sin capacidad para resolver los problemas. La comida fría, mucho ruido pero cero ambiente de fin de año! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA.

    No lo recomiendo para nada .. cero atención . Fue mi cumpleaños y me habían dicho que de cortesía me darían un pastelito el cual no mi me dieron y me cobraron uno que yo tuve que pedir para que me pudieran festejar . El costo de los alimentos demasiado alto para la atención que dieron

    Pesima experiencia no tenia menu completo disponible, muy tardado, mala atención… ya me había pasado ahi en satelite, decidí dar una oportunidad y volvieron a fallar Pésimo lugar….

    Festejando el cierre de año con unas amigas, llegué tarde a la cita, ingresé y no había hostess que recibiera en recepción, prácticamente me pasé a la mesa, las amigas que ya estaban seguían sin las bebidas y me dijeron: el servicio es malo. Pasaron unos minutos llegó otra amiga, faltaba una silla, nadie se acercaba, pedí nos ayudarán con la silla, nos acercaron una y se fueron, molesta me levanté a decirle al gerente que no era posible la gran falta de atención, si alguien llegó debían ofrecer algo de tomar de mínimo, mandó a alguien, nos tomaron las bebidas, se equivocaron varias veces o se tardaban en servirlas. Después de la cena, los vasos vacíos llenaban la mesa, nadie más se acercó, no volvimos a pedir nada más, los digestivos y sobremesa se pospusieron para otro lugar. La cuenta llegó y estaba mal por un mínimo detalle, pero una amiga no lo dejó pasar, se lo comentó al mesero y le contestó: yo te pongo los $20. ¡Fatal! Total, el 10% de propina, no más y otra de mis amigas dijo que no daría ni un peso y se entiende. Un servicio muy malo, esos lugares venden experiencias y la nuestra fue muy mala.
