The boisterous space—named for Flamm’s grandmothers, Mary and Mary Rose, and the herb rosemary, which grows natively along the Italian and Croatian coastlines—offers a seasonal menu of rustic yet refined dishes that encapsulate what Flamm has coined “Adriatic drinking food”.

    Awful food, do not call it Croatian, please. We ordered zucchini which was so salty and with so much paprika on it that I couldn’t even taste the zucchini itself. Burek was disgusting, very salty and spicy. Cevapi disappointed as well, came with burned bread. They even spoiled kaymak. Only lemonade was good, definitely this restaurant not iconic and do not deserve a Michelin plate. The waiter didn’t react on our complains on the food, she just ignored us. Giving 3 stars for manager who came to hear our feedback and make our experience less disappointing.

    What a great experience…Croatian Italian fusion! Everything was delicious but I highly recommend the tuna crudo, zucchini fritters and tortellini djuvec! Extensive wine list and the assistant general manager/sommelier, Ryan, was fantastic as was all the service!

    Rosemary is always amazing food at a good value. Every time we bring someone, they are thrilled with the meal. The staff is very attentive and we never feel rushed. Jess took great care of us.

    We had an excellent experience dining at Rose Mary for me wife’s birthday. Service was perfect, we really enjoyed our food selections from the menu & it was a lot of fun to be seated at the kitchen counter. We can’t wait to come back again. Thank you.

    I booked this reservation for my daughter and her husband to celebrate her 28th birthday. I sent a note ahead of time letting the restaurant staff know and they were very timely in responding back stating they would make her experience special. Well I’m so very pleased to report back that they both had an AMAZING night! They stated the food was fabulous however, even better was how they were treated by your entire servers/team. Thank you Rose Mary staff as I truly believe she had a very memorable birthday this year all because of your attention to detail and for going above and beyond. Absolutely incredible!! And I will be certain to share out their experience with others so they patronize your place as well. Cheers, Pam
