   Absolutely fantastic. First time and absolutely will be back. A new favorite for a Chicago food scene lover. I made a reminder on my calendar a month before my birthday to remind me to make a reservation at Rosemary on my birthday. Looking forward to many more visits.

   Everything was over seasoned, salty. Tuna crudo salty. Zucchini fritters salty. Cevapi salty. Burek salty. I brought the leftovers home just to make sure it wasn’t me because I had been drinking, and it was unbelievably salty. Maybe caught them on a bad day.

   Staff, food, ambiance… everything was perfect. We were lucky enough to get 2 seats at the counter overlooking the kitchen. The ballet was spectacular with all those chefs working together. We had an early reservation and when we left, we could see that it was a trendy place as lot of young preppy looking were coming in. I highly recommend 🥰

   I've been to rose mary a few times and each time the wait staff, hosts, and bartenders are great. Johnny was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with both the food and drinks. However we had an awkward interaction near the end that really soured our dinner with the manager who told us she was locking up the doors as a passive aggressive way to get us to leave. She stood there looking at us and repeated herself until I explained we still had not gotten the check and were waiting on a dessert we got to go since we were the second to last table dining and we didn't want to keep anyone. She brought us the check without saying anything and it was really the opposite of the warm hospitality we had gotten to that point. I felt rushed and it's not like we were the ones delaying leaving. I don't blame our waiter either as he was quickly getting our dessert packed and returned moments later. I found it weird and off-putting how she went around him and didn't even know if we were waiting on anything or if we had paid. The food was great, the service was great, but management sort of ruined the end and I'm less eager to return than other times.

   Food was overly salted, staff rushed us through the meal despite long waits for wine and dishes. We received a very snippy warning from the manager about how long we had been at the table. Definitely would not return, which was a bummer because I was really excited to try this place!

   Chef Joe Flamm is amazing. His food is fresh, inventive and delicious. He is also incredibly gracious. He came to our table and introduced himself and spoke to us for a bit. Definitely will be going back.

   Food was delicious! However the pace of service was slow. Was surprised that a dinner for 2, lasted longer than 2.5 hours.

    Didn’t have the wine bottle we ordered, but found another one that worked well. Food was great and consistent as always.
