    11:30am was the best time for a business lunch. It was pleasant enough and quiet enough to have a productive conversation and enjoy the ambiance. The eggplant salad is just as good as it has always been at other Rosebuds. Highly recommend. The server was pleasant and attentive.

    Our experience here was amazing, everything we order was to our satisfaction from drinks to dessert. The waitress was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be going back.

    Have always enjoyed this Rosebud location, which has a cozy Loop neighborhood feel. Reliable delicious food, though sometimes a little pricey -- but understandable for the location. Particularly like sitting at their bar and eating, if alone -- or as part of a couple looking for a quick bite. However, the last three times I've been there -- one of the two large televisions was set to Newsmax-- wtf! Seems like an incredibly ignorant (or maybe deliberately provocative?) way to turn off a large segment of diners. Turn on ESPN, the weather channel, heck -- even the Nature channel. But please realize that just as you have the right to have on any station, potential patrons have the right to not to expose themselves to such vitriolic nonsense.

    Our pre theatre party of 8 was served rapidly and professionally by staff. All meals were family sized and the chicken Milanese and Parmesan entrees were particularly generous. High marks for the meat lasagna and chicken Marsala as well . The only off note was the flavorless marina on the penne side dish. Great location nearby the Goodman theatre.
