Chef Ali Mesghali"s nearly lifelong love of cooking combined with his love for Sufism brought to life for the first time in Atlanta's culinary scene the concept of Rumi's Kitchen in 2005.
At Rumi's Kitchen, Ali has been able to artfully bring together an atmosphere full of joyous energy with attentive and generous Persian hospitality along with the unforgettable unique aromas and flavors of the Persian cuisine which is truly reflective of his simple intention to bring joy and happiness to the overall dining experience of the guests.     Never disappoints!! The hot tea service is wonderful, they make their own blend and bring one pot of hot water and one pot of tea so you can make it as strong as you prefer, and it’s served with white and brown sugar cubes. The Chilean sea bass is worth the price and I upgrade to the Ada’s ride (lentil and currants)

    Seating inside is difficult. Even with a reservation with special occasion noted, we were 5 shoved into a four top against a plant that we had to lean forward to avoid. It was uncomfortable dining. The sea bass, a premium charge, was overcooked and portioned less than the cheaper salmon version. Still a fav place, but I’ll always sit outside and won’t order the expensive sea bass again.
