It has been a long time since dined at a Ruth’s Chris restaurant but typical amazing food. Our server Andrea (sorry if I got name wrong , forgot to write it down but know it started with an A) was extremely friendly and was awesome with my 3yo grandson. From salad to steaks (especially bone in filet) to sides (au gratin potatoes were delicious!) to crem burlee was awesome

Staff was great from start to finish. Food was subpar for Ruth Chris. We had the Seared Ahi Tuna appetizer which looked and tasted like it had been pre made and left in a refrigerator until it was brought to the table. Outback blows them away on this dish. We then had Lobster Bisque which tasted OK but was runny with very little of the creamy texture and taste you expect with this dish. We then had the 16oz Ribeye which was cooked pretty close to our order of Medium Rare but was not very flavorful and was far less than “melt in you mouth” as you would expect for Ruth Chris. I’ve recently purchased off the shelf “Choice grade” Ribeyes from the supermarket, frozen them for a few weeks and cooked them on a grill at home with much better results. We also had the loaded backed potato which my wife and I shared. The staff was nice enough to put it on two plates but it was served skin up which was a horrible presentation and made it practically impossible to mix in the ingredients. We also had a nice, reasonably priced, bottle of wine and the dessert was great and the best parts of the meal.

This was my first time at this location and it was an amazing experience! Phil was a wonderful server and very knowledgeable of the menu. He made our night! Cannot wait to come back!
