    This was by far the most unorganized and chaotic restaurant I’ve ever been to. We were seated immediately when we arrived for our reservation and did not receive any water or acknowledgment for about 30 minutes, even with other servers, taking care of tables around us. We constantly flagged down servers to take our order which they eventually did and continued to flag down 4 individuals employees for the hookah menu. It took about an hour for food to come out and that was after we flagged down a random server to just close out our tab for our drinks. When the food did come out, it was cold we sent it back. They warmed up the same food and brought it right back out.  The main issue is there were servers taking care of other tables around us and had no self-awareness that we were not satisfied or needed attention even with us yelling for them. We requested the manager and he never came a server from another area came over to take care of us although it was too late. We did appreciate her, but by then there was nothing she could do. I would not return. The food was very dry and cold and it’s not worth spending your money.

   Took over an hour for food to arrive - which left much to be desired. Very loud so go if you want a party vibe and not necessarily to talk to friends. Manager and server were great, food was on the house due to the wait.

   I would like to speak to a manager about the bad service we had and the time it took to get our food and the overall value of the food. Absolutely terrible.

   Our first time visiting Saaya and we were actually very impressed. Food can be hit or miss at some places located in this area but the food definitely matched the aesthetics. As we were sat, the only thing the hostess said to us is that we had to be out of the table promptly in 2 hours. The place was not full but it came off as a little rude given the fact m; she did not say anything else. Our waitress was ok. We did have to get her attention to pay our bill to make sure we were closed out by the allotted time. I did appreciate that the music wasn’t so loud to the point you couldn’t hold a conversation. Our dinner reservation was at 6pm so not sure what it’s like later in the evening. As far as the food, we had the hummus, Lebanese Caesar, Rock Shrimp, Cauliflower, Shrimp Kabob, and Saaya Rice Bowl. Everything was sooo good! Definitely would go back but would probably enjoy our experience better at the bar!

   Perfect perfect place for a birthday celebration!!! It was our first time trying Mediterranean food and 10/10 I would def eat there again !!!! The hookah was the smoothest hookah we had!! My cousin loved everything thank yall so much!

   Our server was not friendly at all. She was very aggressive. We went for a birthday celebration and no one recognized it or mentioned it, even though it was stated when the reservation was made. They made sure we were out after exactly 2 hours.
