We really enjoyed our anniversary dinner at saddle. The service, attentions and the whole expirience were fabulous. Thank you to all the staff for making it a special night!

Amazing all around experience. The service is extremely attentive. It has been awhile since I have eaten at a world class restaurant of this nature, and at first the level of attentiveness was disarming. For example, 3 people escorted me to the water closet. Amazing quality of food. Everything worked and tasted phenomenal. Really good value for two people. I have eaten at restaurants in Lisbon at the same spend level, and have been disappointed. I was not in anyway disappointed at Saddle. It was a lovely experience from beginning to end.

La comida maravillosa, las sugerencias espectaculares y el servicio que nos brindaron espectacular ! Recomendable 100%, celebramos el aniversario ahí y el restaurante tuvo algunos detalles que nos parecieron excelente !! Disfruten este lugar !

We had the seasonal tasting menu which was extremely well thought out and prepared meticulously. The wine parings clearly involved some serious thought as each course virtually required the food and wine together to form a complete experience.

This was not only best meal we had in Madrid, but also one of the best meals and experiences we have ever had. Service was top notch, the food was exquisite, the restaurant is gorgeous, and it was worth every bit. We had the seasonal mushrooms, green peas with a delicious sabayon, we shared the veal shank for too which was divine. And then there was the wine, the house specialty olive martini, and two off menu desserts that we devoured. A must visit.
