The Safehouse design was originally inspired by the ski culture of Jackson Hole Wyoming and Vermont living then infused with a contemporary influence. Why the SafeHouse? Where else would you go to not be TRAPPED anymore? You go down into the SAFEHOUSE. Our goal was to make dining really fun again by creating a vibe that focuses on fun sharable foods, upbeat music and creative cocktails. We are an upscale modern neighborhood eatery with a focus on hand selected ingredients. We pride ourselves on our hand cut steaks, fresh caught seafood from sustainable sources, hand crafted pastas, and a few famous Chianti’s inspired authentic Italian dishes. SafeHouse evokes a visit to an upscale urban ski resort and creates an unforgettable experience.

Our server was lovely. The food runners forgot to bring serving utensils for the appetizers. Steak tips were very tough pieces and difficult to cut.

Our dinner was amazing. My husband talked me into the Oysters appetizer and i was hesitant…they were SOOO good. Our two pasta entrees were delicious…dessert was SO worth it! One of our drinks tasted very different than the first…we let the waitress know and she immediately corrected the issue! We will definitely be back, even if it is 40 minutes from home!

We love it here and have been here so many times for various occasions: anniversaries, multiple valentines and even my graduation party! the service is above and beyond, they even remember us now! the food is outstanding: the quality and quantity of the food is great for the price! and the ambience is always so cozy. highly recommend

A small group of us came for lunch to “catch up” and we had a lovely meal and absolutely excellent service. Our waiter was friendly & efficient. While attentive, he did not rush us in any way. We lingered for three hours so we greatly appreciated that. We would definitely come again.

Food selection and service were excellent. I like my meat well done and ordered a sirloin filet well done. It was very thick (3-4 inches) and I was wary as to if the chef could cook it to my liking. It was fabulous - cooked all the way through just perfectly! I was so impressed!! Cannot recommend this restaurant enough.
