   We recently visited Saffron in Red Bank to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday, and it was an incredible experience. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. From the tender, flavorful wings to the creative bao buns and the rich, aromatic curry paired with fluffy rice and naan, every dish was a delight. The service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The staff went above and beyond to make the evening special. The ambiance was perfect for a birthday celebration, combining modern elegance with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Saffron made the night unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back!

   The food was delicious. I tasted the kerala chicken curry, the Chana masala and the lentil side dish. All excellent. Our waiter, Vincent, was professional and kind. The brick walls and chandeliers create a perfect setting. Highly recommend.

   Food: Amazing, Delicious, Unique Staff: Amazing, Friendly, Knowledgable Atmosphere: Amazing, Modern, Cool Vibes Saffron is easily a top 5 restaurant in NJ. The modern take on indian cuisine is delicious, and that mixed with the extremely kind and knowledgable staff and management, make this restaurant amazing from top to bottom Highly recommend for everyone to try at least once for a new experience. (But I’m sure you’ll want to keep coming back like me)

   This was our first experience at Saffron and we will be back. It was New Year’s Eve and very busy so the service was understandably slow. The pre fixe menu had many options and all the choices we made were well presented, proper temps and very flavorful. Great job Saffron.

   Could have been better. Portion sizes were small. Service was slow server barely came by and took very long for food to arrive. He was more interested in his other tables. Music was too high, and forced people to speak louder making the noise level even worse. Decor was simple - pleasant colors.

    We recently went to Saffron Indian Restaurant in Red Bank, NJ, for lunch with our families, and it was a fantastic experience!
