    Management needs to better train their staff. Waitress was attentive but very poorly trained. Food was average making the price point feel high. Cocktail was very good. Room lacked good acoustics. Sound absorption panels should be installed.

    We took our in-laws who were visiting from out of town. Dinner was delicious and our server Camile was amazing!! It was a great dining experience!!

    Food and service were great. The restaurant was pretty loud, but didn’t ruin our night. Our party had the tuna tower, bread service and oysters for an appetizer. Entrees included Steak Frites, Salmon, and Shrimp Pasta Primavera. Everything we ate was so good! Definitely look forward to going back.

    Our server Brandon was great. Really enjoyed our meal of half chicken and lamb and salmon skewers. The jazz group from the bar made it really special. We’ll definitely go again

    We had another wonderful dinner here, this time with friends. We got the raw oysters and they once again did not disappoint….sooo good! My husband had the Snapper special and it was fresh, beautifully cooked, and so delicious. I also had a wedge salad which i enjoyed immensely.

    Any road trip down south always involves a stop in Winston-Salem, which means a meal at Sage & Salt Bistro. Great food and great vibe!
