Food was good. Service was good. But even though we made a reservation, our table was 10 feet from both the kitchen door and restrooms - we had to stop talking every time the kitchen door opened because of the noise. I know somebody has to get the worst table in the house, but maybe the couple who walked in just ahead of us with no reservation could have gotten the table by the toilets instead of a cozy booth.

Seated as soon as we walked in. Reagan provided excellent service. The steaks were cooked medium rare, as requested. They were great. We will be back.

We made reservations for Thanksgiving day... the restaurant was packed when we arrived, but we were seated only 15 minutes after our scheduled time. However, the traditional Thanksgiving meal they advertised was not to be... all gone. That was disappointing. Our server's name was Rudy and he was amazing. They were so busy, but he got everything exactly right and he kept those coffee cups FULL! So, so NOISY, though.

The hostess at Saltgrass on October 2nd. seated us in the dining area, but then we sat there & no one ever waited on us for 15 minutes! Then we found out who our waiter or waitress was supposed to be: the hostess! She finally waited on us, but she didn’t check on us after we got our food & didn’t come back in a timely manner to see if we needed anything else or if we wanted a dessert. Very disappointing, as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, & I had added a note to my Open Table reservation that the dinner reservation was to celebrate it!

I reserved this location for my Mom’s 70th birthday celebration. Making the reservation was easy (and they were very understanding when we were running a few minutes behind) and the dining room server was attentive. Our food came out in a timely manner, was tasty, and accurate. My mom was so happy…thank you so much!

Too many screaming kids, not a very clean restaurant. The servers were very courteous and attentive. The salad was good, the rest of the food was meh at best. We won’t be back.

Upon arriving, we checked in with the hostess and told her we had a reservation. She thanked us and said we were checked in and would be seated when there was an available table. There were MANY open tables but perhaps not enough servers?? After about 15 minutes, a manager walked by and asked if we had been helped. When she learned we had a reservation, she immediately apologized and promptly seated us. She checked on us throughout the evening. The service going forward was excellent. My steak was not served hot but it did have good flavor. The baked potato was served hot. (I did not complain to the server about the temp of my dinner) My husbands meal was served hot. On the Open Table app, I indicated that we were celebrating my husbands birthday but no one acknowledged it. Our drinks were refreshed throughout the meal and the server checked in with us regularly. Overall it was a nice meal for the price.
