    We had a great experience. We usually go to a different restaurant but we ate here before and we had a great experience. Service was great, our server made sure we had a great time.

    The food here is consistently really good. I tried the new Cajun Ribeye, and is was very good. I made reservations ahead of time on Valentine’s Day (they all are always really busy on this day), and waited less than 10 minutes for a table. I always make reservations at this location, but I’ll have to say that for the most part they’re never really needed. My wife really likes the Hill Country grilled chicken salad. Service has always been really good.

    We came for Valentine's Day. The ribeyes were both wonderful, as were the flash fried green beans. The drinks were very nice, too. Our server was excellent. I wouldn't complain if they turned down the music, because it just isn't necessary.

    Saltgrass has the best steak and the sides are fabulous! Really enjoy the friendly staff! We drive from Melbourne to Saltgrass when we want a steak, even though there are many steak houses in our area!

    Food was excellent but felt rushed. Dinner was brought out before we had even finished our salads. Sent dinner back untie salads were finished. Did not like the pitch for the Landry loyalty card before we even order drinks. Got that pitch at Landry’s as well. That ruined the ambience of the dining experience at Seagrass and Landry’ s.
