   Had 6:45 reservation. Arrived at 6:05. Made to wait until 6:45, so we left after being ignored for 20 minutes.

   Usually a very good experience here. However, tonight there were issues with two of our meals. One the steak was way over cooked - charred and burnt the other was cold and undercooked. Service was awesome however. We did not want to send the second steak back since we had already complained once. For their benefit it was on us for not sending it back. Hopefully, the next visit will be great as it usually is!

   Saltgrass accommodated our extra large group of 28 people and were pleasant and well prepared for our crowd. Excellent experience.

   My experience at Saltgrass was mixed. I made a reservation for my GF’s birthday. I asked for a booth and the hostess was very abrasive. She made me feel uncomfortable that I asked. We didn’t get a booth. I actually asked my GF if I was rude to the hostess to elicit such an attitude. She said I was very polite. So we get a table. The food was fine. The fried pickles and peppers was really good, though they’re stingy with the ranch. My porterhouse was good and cooked properly. The drinks were good. I do feel when you order a glass of champagne, it should be a full glass, with equal amounts poured. They brought out a tiny bottle and split it in two with unequal amounts in the glass. The waiter was a nice guy. The hostess should not be a hostess. It’s basically a more quiet Texas Roadhouse. I expected a higher end dining experience, so it was a little underwhelming.

   Had been to other Saltgrass locations and were really looking forward to this visit. We were so disappointed. My wife ordered an espresso martini which was not on menu. Server checked with bar and they said they could make it. What we got was vodka with baileys. No coffee or espresso at all. Went ahead and drank it and did not complain until the bill came. Was charged for a martini and. Full order of baileys - $18! They did adjust the price a bit but still Was not even what she wanted. Also the ribeye steak we ordered was extremely thin and over cooked. I still am not sure it wasn’t a sirloin instead of ribeye. It wasn’t bad but it was not the quality I was expecting at all. After being so excited about finding a Saltgrass near us since we moved here I don’t know if we will plan to go back.

   Very friendly atmosphere. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. Pineapple margaritas were wonderful! Chicken tortilla soup and Oscar's Filet were absolutely delicious! I would definitely go back and try other menu items.

   Our dinners were absolutely amazing. I had the best filet mignon I’ve had since I can remember. The service the food everything was amazing. I look forward to having dinner at Saltgrass again.

    Hubbys chicken fried steak was very good, my ribeye was ok. Service very attentive.
