The restaurant itself is very beautiful and unique. The service was mostly good. The teppan chef was very skilled. It was a little weird because I thought the place would be very busy, but we were the only ones at the teppan table. A couple other strange things: The chef put out a glass for us to put a tip into but we were confused because we usually just add that to the check, and so was this an additional tip on top of the regular tip? We tried to get our waiter, but he was nowhere to be found for a long time. We wanted to get a little advice on how much to tip the chef but our waiter had no advice to give and it got a little bit awkward. We were given more than enough food. The music was pretty loud, to the point that we could not hear what the chef was saying to us. I would go back again, but it would probably be more fun on a busier night.

SAMURA was our favorite restaurant on the island! The staff was amazing and food was delicious! Would 10/10 recommend this place.

Power was out. Generator was noisy. Staff tried hard but they should have closed the restaurant until power was restored

Best restaurant and experience, hands down on the island. The staff is really engaging and entertaining, you’ll feel very special whether you’re there for a special occasion or just dinner. Love love love!

Me encanto el lugar, es hermoso y el servicio de todos desde que llegas te reciben muy bien. Es un lugar que tiene buen ambiente, fue una experiencia divertida e inesperada. Y la comida muy rica. ¡Recomendado!

Crazily expensive, tonnes of chefs & staff yet the food service was super slow. We watched our drink order sit at the bar, getting warm. Place was filled with geese and cats, after an hour, one manager shoed them away by waving his hands at them. Expect to pay a fortune for mediocre food and even worse service.

We celebrated a friends birthday while here on the island. What an exciting and fun experience. The DJ was great. The servers were full of energy as well as engaging and fun. Everyone had a fantastic time. The food was top shelf and the drinks were very well crafted and curated. Love it and we will definitely be back next time for the Hibachi experience.
