Very disappointed with food quality. Strip steak was half fat and gristle. Food served Luke warm. Ordered a second glass of wine and was served the last drip of bottle. Service was marginal , wait person didn’t seem to enjoy her work.

Music too loud to talk. Steak beyond greasy. Staff busy on cell phones. Took so long that opted out of getting dessert. At one point we were the only table and at another there were only four tables occupied. Don’t waste your time and money. Much better options in SM.

My husband and I had a wonderful evening at San Francisco Steakhouse. Our server Ely was great, very attentivr, and knowledgable. Our steaks were prepared pefectly. We will br back very soon!

The lack of good service kills the experience except for a Male host but the rest of the waitress had 0 experience the steak had flavor however it was grease and hard the decor and ambience were good but I will never go back to that restaurant by choice and I’m sorry I don’t want sound harsh but it was my best friend’s birthday and I felt terrible the experience was so bad for the money we pay

Super good restaurant. Best steakhouse in San Miguel. The food is always perfect, the meat always on point and delicious flavor. Appetizers are great as well. Service also perfect, the manager is always aware of everything you need. Perfect price-quality ratio.

This place has a lot of potential but their staff is inexperienced and I suspect poorly trained. The girl at the front was outstanding. The food was good and the steaks cooked to our preference. What could have been a truly memorable dining experienced was marred at the end by them adding a 20% tip when 10% was stated. After going to the Jardin, we noticed the error and my husband went back and had it rectified. I wouldn't recommend due to the fact that for the money they charge, the level of service is not on par and there are so many more options available.
