   Even though we made a reservation, we were given he worst table possible (seated by the front door which opened every 30 seconds letting gusts of wind in). We kindly asked to be seated elsewhere since we couldn't even drink our $19 cocktails bc we were shivering even with coats on. The hosts were not helpful and we eventually just had to get up and sit elsewhere.

   Fun and enjoyable environment. The pizza taste incredible, however the sampler isn’t that great. Wonderful place to take holiday pics. I will be returning next season!

   I put in a request for the Server to tell my Son Dj Congratulations on Graduating College this weekend but that didn’t happen. Overall I loved the experience and so did my Som Dj, it was our 1st time here.

   I had a nice time, the service is kind of slow, food was just "okay", the drinks are not worth the price. I enjoyed the music and photo props the most.

   They had amazing designs and decor, I lived everyfloor everything here mad me so happy, I loved it! The food was okay… not bad by any means but very over priced. Would highly recommend and go again!! :)

   Visiting Chicago and this place is a must during the holidays. Our server was amazing. Food was good, decorations were out of this world. We took a lot of great pictures. The only downside was we placed 2nd in music bingo. Thank you Santa Baby for helping to make our visit to Chicago just a bit more magical.

   I reserved this place and had specific seating directions. As I know, it’s very difficult sometimes but I specifically asked to be seated away from the door and a breeze just to be seated where I didn’t want to be seated. I was cold the entire time. As soon as I sat down, I noticed my silverware and napkin had hair on it. I gave it to the server and he took it and said nothing. When my food came out, IT HAD HAIR IN THE SOUR CREAM. I felt so annoyed but I am not one of the people to make a big deal of things so I gave the sour cream back. There was no sympathy from the staff nor any accommodations. I spent an average of about $51 ish and it was definitely not worth it for what I got. I was very upset and even after I paid, there was still no apologies or anything. There was hair before I ate and when my food came out and my hair is pulled back and my friends hair was pulled up and it wasn’t our hair texture. Very bad experience this go round and nothing was really polite. In fact, the server made it seem like that was a regular thing instead of being more concerned.

    The Santa Baby motif is outstanding. We had a cabana and the holiday decor was throughout. A ton of photo opportunities. My team had a wonderful time.
