   Very tasty food beautifully served. Friendly, efficient service. A great atmosphere although not perhaps the place for a quiet romantic dinner.

   The food was quite good. Good value on a glass of wine at $6. Waitstaff were professional and went out of their way to make conversation.

   They cater to groups. We were completely left without any service and the next table waited for their b Mr AIN course over 40 mins. Do not order oxtail stew! They brought a steak knife to eat it - and it was the only way to pry some meat of those bones. Tasteless. Go next door to the Lazotea! Wonderful food service and view

   We went 2 times on my vacation for the steak! Skirt steaks and filets soft as butter! Live Music was nice (background type). I ordered the fish special and my family all ordered the steak (mistake- meh ) I needed to back and experience my own delicious dinner. Order the shrimp and garlic appetizer and the grilled eggplant Just amazing!

   Our dinner at Santa Rita was absolutely perfect. All the staff were helpful (both in Spanish & English) and the menu choices are extensive. We opted for a couple of tapas (patas bravas & manchego) and drinks first, then steaks. Steaks were cooked perfectly! Atmosphere was really nice & there was live music starting at 8pm. Overall, an awesome dining experience & I’ve already recommended to friends who were staying in Panamá the week following us!

   Disappointed! Reserved on open table for 5 people on December 24 at 8 pm . You sent not 1 not 2 but 3!!! Confirmation requests I said yes to all 3. Showed up at 7:50 and you were CLOSED!! black inside and door locked!!! Host at restaurant next door said happing all night. People showing for reservations. Horrible. Try feeding 5 people on Christmas Eve at 8pm with out reservations some place else! Ate crap at American Bizarre instead and of Panamian food. Horrible. Now I’m Upset we gave you great reviews from the week earlier. Horrible customer service.
