Founded in 1965, Scoma's Seafood Restaurant is located in the heart of San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf. Family-owned for three generations, our iconic waterfront restaurant is famous for serving the freshest seafood from pier-to-plate. An award-winning bar program includes an extensive wine list, local microbrews, and expertly crafted cocktails. For nearly 60 years, locals, visitors, politicians, athletes, actors, singers, and heads of state have been frequenting Scoma's for its old-school hospitality, delicious seafood, spectacular views, and impeccable cocktails. Located on a working pier, Scoma's has its own fish receiving station, dealing directly with local fishers for 100% sustainable seafood.

    We have been going to Scomas for 25 years, every time we are in SF we make it a point to eat and drink at the restaurant. The service is first rate, the food excellent and the overall lunch experience cannot be outdone. All the fresh fish, crab and shrimp are first rate. Crab Louie a superb offering, the fishiest lettuce and eggs, beets and accompaniments unbeatable. 4 of us went this week, I was ill but the meal brought me out of my funk. Good Medicine. The bloody Mary didn't hurt either. The meals are not cheap but be assured you get your money's worth which is more than you can say about a large number of dinner houses anymore with the outrageous price increases.

    As always an amazing meal! One of our go to's in SF. How the food can continue to be so amazing I'm not sure but it is great. So fresh and the sourdough bread is the vanguard of sourdough bread. We had clam chowder, fish and chips, fish sandwich and shrimp louis...and some raw oysters. Delicious, and they made celebrating the 21st birthday of our granddaughter special. See you again next time!

    What a special dinner for Easter Sunday! We remembered first going there as a family on Easter Sunday 39 years ago and go there for every special occasion that we can. My dinner favorite is Seafood Sauté Sec and it is always delicious with shrimp, crab, scallops, sautéed with vegetables and a side of different grains. My husband enjoyed his halibut, mentioning how good the seasoning was. We enjoyed clam chowder beforehand. The service is above excellent, we always enjoy hearing how many years the wait staff has been there. Sunny told us tonight he has been at Scoma’s for 32 years, and he was wonderful and so friendly as were others who helped us. It is a wonderful place to go, Scoma’s has been on Fisherman’s Wharf since 1965

    We enjoyed generous portions of each dish, including pasta and cioppino. The appetizers were also very good: crab cakes, zucchini sticks, crab cocktail. Excellent service from the time we checked in to our waiter taking our order and busser clearing the tables. The restaurant decor dates back to 70's, so it's a very retro!
