   Arrived around 5 mins early for booking, place was quiet (booking 5.30pm) but able to choose a table, couple of other tables occupied. Temperature good, music level suitable. Love the decor. Server came straight over for drinks orders (server asked if I wanted to wait till boyfriend was back from loo but I was happy to order drinks). Food order not long after, we both wanted well done, me 10oz sirloin, he got well done fillet with a side of red onion rings. Nice ambiance, food arrived, everything hot and tasty, was very impressed. Only thing I'd say, I got the garlic, white wine and parsley sauce, it was watery but that's probably due to the wine, tasted lovely, I just like thicker sauce, boyfriends Diane was amazing! I got sticky toffee pudding also fab, with the 20% running in jan with food and drinks each (bottle of peroni, non alcoholic old mout) it came to just over £60. Good value. Took a little time to get servers attention for Bill,but no major issue. I'd definately go back

   Had Sunday lunch here today - one of the best I have had in a long time. Everything was well cooked and really tasty. Lovely starters too and very attentive service from the young waiting staff. Would thoroughly recommend.

   Myself and partner came on the 18th Jan 2025 and had a lovely meal. The quality of food and service was excellent. We will definitely return in the future and will recommend to our friends and family.

    We waited 1 hour between starters and the main course, I would recomend that the king prawn starter could be accompanied by bread, my prawns were soft and over cooked. The main meal, Monk fish, the portion was small, the plate was cold on all meals the fries however were nice, my partners meal seafood linguine, the mussels were cold and prawns were soft again over cooked At the end of the meal, we were not asked if we wished a coffee or other. We did give feedback following the meal, and thr cost 2 portions of fries and a portion of green beans deducted from the bill To sum up the service was bitterly disappointing and the food was poor

    Thank you Steve for taking time to send your review. I'm very sorry your visit to our restaurant wasn't satisfactory. I have taken your comments to the chefs' consideration, as was done also on the evening of your visit. They assured me your food was sent out piping hot. At the end of your meal, when I had a lenghty chat with you, you were offered desserts on the house, which you refused, although you failed to mention this on your review.
