   Dining at your establishment on Christmas Eve was the worst experience of my life.. starting with the lack of attention to detail was just the tip of the iceberg.. 1 hour after seating we got water.. asked for bread 3 times never got it.. finally took our drink order..then the set menu of 75.00$ pp and the 1st course no longer was available.. but we will substitute?? ordered the pork chop so dry took it home for the dog.. ..so no 1st course .. 2nd course came out spaced 3 got it 3 did not. Ran out.. gave us something else.. ?? Then found a few more.. came out with our dinner.. it was a total disgrace.. and a rip off 75.00 for chicken parm.. never even at the very best restaurants does one pay 75$ for chicken parm. Maybe 75$ for a veal chop parm.. I cannot even tell you how upset and disappointed we were that our Christmas Eve dinner was such a mess.. I will say Tom our waiter did his best but really he didn’t have much to work with., I have eaten around the world and NEVER has anything like we experienced last night was that bad.. you really need to go back to the drawing board and redesign your strategy for running another dinner event like that.. HINT. Maybe more staff .. and more chefs.. and the ordering of the correct amount of offerings .. if not I would not open on Christmas Eve or any other day you don’t have it down .. we were a party of 6.    Very disappointing Christmas Eve experience. Pre set menu and they ran out of many options. Dinner took two hours, raw pork chop, server e it her over worked or avoiding table. Not sure if they were prepared for business or what happened. The owner did come in and try to rectify but the experience was terrible especially for a holiday dinner with our children

   The food was terrible and way overpriced.  Didn’t know it was gonna be a prefix menu and we were stuck with limited options that were very poorly timed and tiny portions. We informed the server that the food was not good and nothing was done to bring a manager over or take anything off the bill so like good people we still tipped really nicely, but it was a pretty awful experience

   Our server Augustina was phenomenal. She described the menu and specials in an inspiring way. The portions were large and worth the price. We will definitely be back.

   At this popular place, even 5:30 pm was full of people--a reservation is necessary. The server was friendly and competent. The food was quite good, but the quantities excessively large, made to take home half the plate. The decor was festive and warm.

   Overall I was disappointed in our dining experience this time. The food was not as good as it usually is and the value for the portions has changed. We had two very small pieces of grilled octopus for 24$, which honestly is embarrassing. Other dishes were good but the famous pork chop was not as good as it usually presents. Our waiter was top notch but when you spend almost 700$ for a meal and 850$ with tip, I except better! This is typically our special occasion restaurant and for the holidays but yesterday was disappointing.

    First time dining at Segundo.. have been to Panicos before. The waiter was prompt and helpful.. the food was fabulous .. desserts were good but I was looking for zuppa englese or Italian rum and the ones there were not made on the premises. Not complaining .. but if I were that would be the only suggestion😊
