    We made a dinner reservation via their website in early October and received a confirmation for Oct 29. Shortly before that day we received a request to confirm that we would be going, which we did. It was a long and dusty drive and once there had no idea where the restaurant was. Why? Because it was closed until mid-November!!! Luckily we encountered a worker on the road who miraculously was able to contact a friend of a friend who was able to call someone connected to Semillon and confirmed this. So we did not eat there. But the mosquitoes sure ate us while we wasted time driving along an unlit, uneven, narrow sandy lane always thinking the entrance must just be ahead. The place looks great in photos and we'd actually like to eat there! But we suggest confirming your reservation by phone beforehand, and don't forget the mosquito repellent.

    Excellent food, prepared with absolute care. Everything was delicious. Great service from Paola and Diana. Also we had the opportunity to talk with Alexia, pastry chef, who is a raising star. Her focaccia bread and corn based dessert was amazing. The setting of the restaurant is very special and is in line with the dream of bringing the best ingredients from the farm to the table. Highly recommend.

    Love this restaurant. Highly recommend. Every dish was exceptional and the desserts some of the best I have ever had. Must try the corn cake and the house made mango sorbet. Also loved the baked chicken, blue fin appetizer, and kampachi tostada. Outstanding service by our waiter Alejandro and the loverly receptionist Diana. Will be back for sure.

    Absolutely love this place. It’s worth the extra drive to get there. The service was impeccable. Alejandro, the waiter, was very attentive and quite competent. Entire experience was just wonderful. I highly recommend..
