    we went for my mom‘s birthday dinner and it was a great experience, excellent service and the food came out fast. Will definitely come again.

    I made a surprise birthday dinner for my daughter's friends and everything was seamless from start to finish. Floriana could not have been more helpful. They helped me set up the table, let me add my add flowers to the table, and let us bring in an outside cake bc of allergies. I am so happy with the experience and more importantly, the birthday girls and their friends had the best time. Thank you, Serafina!!

    Everything was absolutely amazing! Out waitress was lovely and attentive. The manager was as well.

    Horrible experience with worst service! Sat at bar, bartender forgot to put my order in, when I asked after an hour where meal was, he blamed the kitchen and annoyed I even asked, and said “ I don’t cook the food “. The manager came by to apologize , and admitted the server never put the order in. So rather than own up to a mistake, apologize, or offer a remedy, the bartender/server then ignored me, when I asked for refill on water he ignored me, yelled down the bar to another server to get them to help me! Have come to this Serafina for many occasions, and know many who go, but we all will take a break until this employee is no longer there. The manager was embarrassed and suggested i reach out to corporate, which I will. He made me very uncomfortable, and even other patrons were floored at his behavior . No reputable restaurant should ever allow this treatment of a customer ! Appalling!

    Lovely place and great food. A little too noisy. Waitress didn’t tell us about the specials. Otherwise, excellent.

    Sadly people with disabilities are not treated equally and placed at further possible table near exit in draft - staff is not aware of disability rights

    The decor in the restaurant is beautiful, nice lighting, great service, food was delicious. Thank you for letting us sit and enjoy the evening, we were not rushed out.
