The service and friendliness of staff was over and above! One of our waiters overheard us talk about my daughter’s birthday and brought a cake with a candle for her! Just lovely. Pre theatre dining is great value. Overall a lovely place x

Visited this restaurant many times with very positive experiences. On this visit, however we felt the service wasn’t up to the usual. We chose food from the Al a carte menu but were disappointed with the starters that lacked flavour. The mains were very nice. The restaurant was busier than usual so maybe this impacted on an inferior service.

I love the Seven Seas Brasserie and book whenever we are going to the Liverpool Empire. Friends and family are all big fans too. The food is excellent, the location convenient and the staff are lovely. I sometimes think it would help a lot to have a few more serving staff. Especially at peak times

The restaurant was very busy with pre-theatre diners. There was a slight issue with our mains being delayed, people seated after us served first etc. However, this was very quickly sorted by the restaurant manager. The staff were very friendly & helpful even though they were run off their feet. Absolutely cannot fault the food. It was very delicious and the portions were good. Great value for money & I would definitely book again. Free parking for 6 hours is a winner, too.
