We are dedicated to celebrating the best in Seafood with traditional South African spices, working with suppliers from all around the country to create our signature Seafood dishes– made with the best quality produce. All our kitchen products are Halal Certified and all the drinks are alcohol free and that’s where our values stand with the exceptional flavourful food.
Shrimp Shack defers to the majority of restaurants, with our concept of having to pay up front. We believe the food should not come on the extra cost of service and that’s why no service charge has been included on your bill but without lowering the restaurant service and overall experience.

    food was amazing 👏 staff were very helpful. But the Atmosphere of the place was all wrong it felt let i was sat in mcdonalds, after paying over £135 I'd expect a warmer surroundings and alcohol to be served! As drinking a can of coke made the experience feel cheap when in reality it wasn't. top praise to the staff ..A few small tweaks and the restaurant could be an instagram sensation

    It was our first time dinning at ShrimpShack and we’d happily return again. I booked this restaurant for my friends birthday, as we were visiting Birmingham for the weekend. We were also given a 30 minute grace period as we were running late for our reservation. The portion sizes were a very good value for money, all food was fresh, hot and served with all the amenities you needed to get stuck in. We will be returning to this restaurant again, couldn’t recommend highly enough.

    It was an outstanding experience. Very sumptuous meal, wonderful service, very lovely staffs, very lovely lightenings and environment for great pictures 🥰🥰🥰, trust a girlie want the best pictures😄😄🌹🌹❤️. I will definitely visit again and again with my friends!!!!!!

    Our experience was not great the Waiter seemed like he was rushing us out of there our table was booked for 5.15pm we had eaten and left by 5.36pm we asked for desserts was told there was none available even though guest on other tables around us were eating desserts the service was not great for the amount of money paid!!!!!

    Good experience but some of the servers approach without a tablet to take the order. Abit noisy a little music would have been better

    Service lovely but the food, although cooked and presented ok and with big portions it was lacking taste and flavour. I don't think the boil bags are actually boiled in a bag as nothing seems to have flavour beyond surface leavel , quite bland really. We also had a meal with two types of prawns and they tasted like powder, such a strange texture, definitely not right. At over £100 for 3 meals, it left us underwhelmed.
