Modern Cafe Culture in the heart of Chester.

We had the best time at Shrub! The food was incredible, we would highly recommend the spouts. Great value for money with high quality. The young lady who served us was very friendly and great at her job. We will 100% come again.

Food was very nice, service was attentive and kind. Margarita was a bit small. Veggie burger from a meat eater was very nice as was the cheesecake. Artichoke and Tofu was very tasty. Would recommend

Greeted with a cheery 'Happy Anniversary' which was great and set the tone for a lovely night. Loved the food, well cooked and delicious. Try the brussell sprouts! Warm and friendly staff and service. Would definitely go again and will be telling everyone about Shrub.

Amazing food. I’m not a vegan but really enjoyed every dish. The artichoke wings were amazing. The desserts (Brownie and Blackberry fool) were amongst some of the best desserts I have ever had. Shout out too to the serving team. Very chatty and well informed on the member. I’ll definitely be back. 👍
