Arrived at 10:30 am, on time for my confirmed reservation, restaurant was closed and staff member mentioned while cleaning the bar that they open at 11am. They did not care about re-booking for later nor canceling our reservation

Had the rigatoni bolognese and it was so delicious. My friend also. Loves their meals. Waiter very attentive and friendly. Love the elegant comfortable atmosphere. Had the mango margaritas-excellent. Would definitely return here and recommend highly .

I had a hit and miss experience last night. The clams were without taste, only what looked like baked bread particles had taste, and not one that I felt was pleasing. The mussels in garlic and oil were delicious after I took them all out of their shells and ate them with a spoon from the garlic and oil broth with a spoon.

We love the food, service & atmosphere of this restaurant, but the music they play is HORRIBLE! Fortunately, they were very nice about turning down the volume as soon as we asked them to. The music sounds like all bass and drums and is headache-inducing. It’s all about the beat and totally annoying.

Siena Cafe is an outstanding restaurant! The food is awesome! The waitstaff is exceptional and the bar tender is amazing! You cannot get a better meal in a casual setting anywhere in the tri-state area! Thank you for this wonderful establishment!

We were recently four couples for lunch at this italian restaurant on a Sunday. I had looked on their website and the food fare and prices were moderate. To our surprise only brunch menu and not lunch menu was being served. It would have been better that they indicated the only menu offered on Sunday was the brunch one. We had reserved table for 8 people which was ready but kind of tight. The waitress who took us to the table did not come back on a timely fashion to take our orders, so we asked another one who took them. The food was good and a good value. We ordered a bottle of Il Poggio (Sangiovese) wine which was also good and a good value. At the end we ordered coffee which came in sets of two. This is a restaurant that should be considered as a possible choice when eating in the Upper East Side.

For some reason the restaurant was fully packed, the place to be! I had reservations, manager & staff are always accommodating. She said give her a minute to seat earlier guest, I opt to sit at the bar. The bartender was outstanding, very attentive. Food as alway delicious. I had to send back the zucchini chips, a bit oily for my taste, nonetheless it was no problem to switch out for truffle fries. Whenever I’m in town always my place to go for brunch, it never disappoints me!
