   I continue to go to Simply Fondue and every time it’s exceptional food and service! I highly recommend this restaurant for either special occasions or just a nice dinner outing. Will be back again sooner than later!

   Went here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Had a few bad experiences at the 'other' fondue place so decided we'd try this one even though it was farther away. We were very happy we gave it a shot. The food and service were great. Erica was super friendly and attentive. While it was all good, our favorites were the cheddar cheese fondue and the s'mores dessert chocolate with all the yummy dippers. Would highly recommend! Best fondue in the Dallas area.

   My significant other and I went to simply fondue for Valentines lunch the food was amazing, the experience with cooking your own food was great. The service was great as well. I would definitely go back and recommend this restaurant.

   Horrible experience. 8:45 reservation, told to wait 15-25 minutes past that time. Then the time between courses was 20-30 minutes. We were sitting there for 3 hours! Ended up leaving before getting the last course. What as waste of money, for $240 I would have gone somewhere better. A frustrating experience from beginning to end.

   My experience was less than desirable for the price point. The stove didn’t work and we had to move half way in between, the waiter spilt mustard powder all over the table, the waiter was unfamiliar how to poor a glass of wine and asked multiple times if I would pour the wine. The experience was 2 hours and 45 minutes. I will not be returning.
