Choose from three exquisite options for each course during our exclusive three-course dinners at 5:45 or 8 pm, starting with a complimentary glass of bubbly. Sundays feature a six-course wine-paired extravaganza. Apres sessions return, exploring our curated wine list with exquisite fondue.

    Our 6 Degree experience started with a warm welcome and glass of sparkling champagne. Escorted to our table set with fine cutlery mood lighting (able to be increased to read the menus and Riedel wine glasses. This was a set menu with 3 choices for each course. We also had 1 of our 4 party, allergic to Chilli and Garlic and informed prior to our arrival. The food was well cooked, well presented and of high quality. The Wine List was extensive, and to my visiting pleasure all from the surrounding wine districts, except the inclusion of some French Champagne, something you rarely see and they should be congratulated for in supporting the local wine industry. We chose an aged Chardonnay and Syrah to accompany our meals. Service was excellent with thoughtful explanations and recommendations. Overall a great experience and the best food and restaurant experience in Big White Ski Resort. 6 Degrees would stack up against much larger city restaurants, congrats to the chef and staff.

    Consistently the best in Big White if not the Okanagen. Stunning wine list worth exploring. Carefully minimalist and thoughtful menu. Quality ingredients. Friendliest most attentive service always.

    The quality of food was exceptional. Even though it was a set menu, it had three choices of appetizers, main dishes and desserts. The biggest and pleasant surprise for us was the quality of BC wines. Service was impeccable. I would highly recommend this place for a special meal as it is expensive.

    We had a very nice dinner. Beef tenderloin and salmon. The place is compact luckily we were far from the door. Would definitely go back.
