Choose from three exquisite options for each course during our exclusive three-course dinners at 5:45 or 8 pm, starting with a complimentary glass of bubbly. Sundays feature a six-course wine-paired extravaganza. Apres sessions return, exploring our curated wine list with exquisite fondue.

Available Thursday to Sunday from 2 PM to 5 PM, our fondue is priced at $60 per pot, serving up to four people. Charcuterie options and a selection of signature cocktails are also available to complement your experience. The food, wine and service is impeccable! We had the Sunday night only Degustation, and it didn’t disappoint! It’s incredible that they can pair six courses with different wines and make it so perfect. Every course and every wine were delicious-the food makes the wine taste better, and the wine makes the food taste better-if that’s even possible! We will definitely be back!

Dining at Six Degrees Bistro is a feast for the palate, the eyes and the soul. Ana and her incredibly talent chef and culinary team provide an exquisite dining experience. The wine options are always on point. If you are not sure what to select, Ana knows her wine…down to the most fascinating detail of the vintage. Treat yourself and loved ones to a truly divine dining experience. We look forward to another amazing meal very soon.

Absolutely the best food on the mountain. The 6 course degustation with wine pairing was an amazing experience and one I would be happy to pay to do again. The owner is very lovely and engaging, the food was exquisite, the wine was great and all the staff were friendly. The restaurant has a very intimate feel about it and you are greeted like you are part of a family. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.
