   This is our second time coming to 60 Vines in Charlotte and we have loved the food and ambience both times. But both times we have booked for birthday celebrations and arrived on time for our reservations only to be seated and have no one engage us for the first 20-25 minutes after we sat down - not even an “I’ll be with you in a moment.” Luckily, both times we were lucky enough to have Ryan come and take over our table and be our server and he has just been out of the park wonderful! The initial service experience was not great, but his incredible attitude and professionalism (and also the manager’s!) and service level always had us leaving with huge smiles on our faces. He’s THE BEST!!!

   Fantastic food, atmosphere and especially the service. Kudos to Grayson for pointing out a couple of suggestions from the menu and his timing in delivering the courses at the right time. I’ll certainly be back!

   We went for my birthday. Nice vibes, service was great, wine selection is awesome. The spicy sausage pizza was way too spicy, I had to send it back.

   Our service was sub par. The guy (Jackson) was busy but I literally had to stand up and wait for him to finish with another table to get his attention to ask for water. We felt we were purposely being ignored. He also forgot a few things and acted like ohhh, you said that. The not so great service and a few cold apps made the visit just decent not amazing. The ambiance is always cool.

   Our server was fantastic! We needed to be at a concert later that evening and she worked all our drinks and food to be out perfectly timed. Food was delicious and the wine flights are so much fun. Will be returning

   Awesome experience but the music was way too loud and I like an energetic louder place- but I don’t like feeling like I’m in a club when I’m trying to talk at dinner. That being said, food was great and  reasonable for the nice ambience provided!

   Loved the food snd atmosphere. I did ask for the music to be turned down but they said no. So that should give less stars but I really do like the place I just won’t go when trying to have a conversation 🤪
