Started off well, waiter was super nice. Ordered my second drink and the waitress accidentally spilled the drink on me, offered no compensation. Very nice view of Napa.

Service outside the bar staff, was lacking. No effort was made to ensure customers we warm and heaters were not all working. Almost shameful. I would not recommend going after dark for this reason alone. It’s Too bad when you have take care of things by yourself like water, napkins and silverware. You cannot charge a premium for food and drink and forego service and attention to detail!

Great spot for ambiance. Very cold on the patio and not enough heaters for customers. Service was fair as we didn’t get any attention for at least 10 minutes. Had to get someone to recognize our party.

Nice relaxing rooftop experience. Plenty of heaters and a chill vibe with great views. Will visit again next time I'm in Napa.

My daughter’s 21st birthday was fantastic and our server, Alison made it extra special. Food is just perfect and the ambiance was great.

Wonderful fire pit table but we had to flag down server after waiting over 15 minutes for drink order to be taken. There were only a handful of guests seated and not a server around. When drinks came, server spilled tray so another 15 minute wait. Food came way before our drinks.
