   The view was incredible as was the service! The food is honestly average - nothing special. And you will pay for that view with high priced food. For example, $8 for two tiny rolls. When they arrived my husband and I had to laugh. We got: Caesar salad Beet salad Roasted chicken for two Pommes SkyRoom (whipped potatoes) Broccolini (the best thing we had) Bananas Foster Perhaps the seafood apps and food are better.

   The food was excellent, we had the John Dory fish. Everything we ate was top quality and delicious. Our server was Agustin who was very personable and attentive. Our bar order took a long time. Definitely need more bar help. There a few things that need to be tweaked and with time everything should be seamless. The restaurant is beautifully designed and authentic to the period it represents. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we plan to go back. A gem just landed in Long Beach.

   Getting started and I hope it succeeds because it’s an iconic landmark. Step up your style with the flambé and broaden your small plate and appetizer options a bit. What’s with the micro dosing water glass trend? If you’re going small, don’t make me keep asking for more. Friendly staff that needs more time to polish their game to match your prices.

   BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! FOOD WAS SUPERB!!! FROM THE WINE TO THE DESSERT!! HANGAR STEAK, LOBSTER, CRAB CAKE, PRAWN COCKTAIL WITH LEMON AIOLI TO THE BAKED ALASKA N CHERRIES JUBILEE!! SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE!! STAFF AMAZING!! COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF! WE WILL BE BACK! BEAUTIFUL REMODEL!!! OMG. IF YOU GO ANYWHERE.....GO HERE!!! TOTALLY WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! VIEW WAS INCREDIBLE!!

   Fabulous historical place, our friend who is an interior architect and was visiting from Portland said the design team could not have done a better job! Mixing a bit of modern with Art Deco was done tastefully. The Sky Room was very comfortable and cozy, the staff friendly and attentive, a very smart wine list fairly prices, the food was nicely presented, perfect choice of China & glassware, the crisp and beef tartare were excellent, the pork dish very tasty, the duck orange sauce so tender, the sauce lacked Orange flavor in my opinion, and good portions which is very smart! Delicious cherries Jubilee and fin to watch table side.

   We have been waiting for this new restaurant to open after renovations. It did not disappoint in the beauty of the building, the lobby and the restaurant including the top floor bar area. We went on a Tuesday evening at 5:00 which was the first service. They have only been open two weeks and it showed in many areas. The service was okay and it was impressive how many employees were not the floor. The food was ridiculously small portions for very expensive prices. We had a starter, roll and butter (there is a charge for roll and butter) and entree and I was not full by any means. We had no alcohol and for four people it was over 500.00. They even charged for a refill of iced tea. It was a nice room, great view and just okay food.

    The Skyroom is very elegant, though is pricey. Unfortunately, there is no longer dancing as there was in the old Skyroom.
