    Wow the pizza was so delish! The host was great, got us a drink while we waited for our tablet to be ready, the server was so helpful with our selections and went above and beyond in many ways. Will be returning.

    The pizza was good but the Ragu Pasta was dry and tasteless. Disappointing that 2 of the 3 specials were sold out. Try the Whipped Ricotta; the best thing on the menu. Service was awesome.

    Our reservation was at 8:15. We were not seated until after 8:30. The hostess was very accommodating and did get us drinks from the bar. Once we were seated our waitress was very disinterested. Perhaps she was having a bad day. Our food took forever coming out and we had to continuously inquire about it. The food was delicious when it arrived .

    Start of the evening was a bit shaky, as we sat for 10 min. before the host noticed we had not even gotten water, or been seen by the server, but he was apologetic and things quickly improved. The restaurant is NOT a place for a quiet dinner for two--it is very "high energy" (loud!) Cocktails were well-made and tasty. The two different pasta dishes we had were very good, with the pasta itself perfectly cooked. Grilled Napa lettuce appetizer was delicious as well. The Barbera by the glass was a nice wine. Panna Cotta dessert was delicious. Overall, a very good meal- we will return (I want to try the pizzas, which looked great).

    The food is consistently incredible and just so delicious. You cannot go wrong with anything on their menu. Our friends brought their toddler with them and the staff was also incredibly accommodating.

    We dine at Sofia every time we visit New Orleans. Gabe always makes us feel like family. Our picky 12 year old thinks it’s the best pasta he has ever had. Sofia always delivers!!!!

    Starting with the positive, the pizza was really great! The environment was beautiful as well. The service was bad, our server rarely came and checked on us or refilled waters and was super slow. The seafood appetizer was disgusting. It was a bunch of cold crab claws with no meat, cold fish dip that tasted like a gas station tuna sandwich served up with a lunch box bag of potato chips. That was a complete waste of $30. There’s great pizza many places so I wouldn’t go back for it.
