   Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu and dinner was poorly cooked and prepared. We had to send back 3 of our dishes for being undercooked or cold. None of the dishes were properly seasoned or prepared. Absolutely abhorrent for a restaurant that usually has much better food and for the price point they charged. I would be upset at this meal on a carnival cruise. Massively disappointed.

   The experience was sadly disappointing. This was not my first time to Space Cowboy and I was excited to spend valentines there. The first issue came when the table was not ready but they recommended a bar across the street which was amazing (best part of the experience). When we were sat, the table was not set for the correct number of dinners. The drinks came out quickly and so did the food. We had multiple courses over lapped making it difficult to eat things in order. Most of the dishes were cold or slightly warm, and had obviously been sitting a while. The lobster and salmon were so undercooked they were inedible. We had to ask for utensils after waiting a long time with a melting dessert. It was a very disappointing experience not only because of the holiday meal wasted, but the cost was very high. I don’t think I will return.

   Took my 11 year old son there for Valentine’s Day. He loved the atmosphere, mocktails and even the food. The best was the cotton candy of course!

   The food and service were delicious… Even on a prefix menu evening for Valentine’s Day in a very busy environment we had a wonderful experience

   Space Cowboy was a fun dinner! We enjoyed the little Robot Trolleys and thought the food was pretty good. Space Balls & the Braised Rib were my favorites. However, not sure there is enough value for me to go back consistently. Good food and drinks but a little too expensive for what you’re getting. Ambience & Service need a little tweaking: the Space & Cowboy theme is cool in thought but the decor looked cheap. Room felt a little too big and cold. Staff felt a little inexperienced, although very nice!

    My recommendation is do drinks and apps here for the experience and do a full dinner offsite.
