   Service Very Poor: our initial waiter was disinterested at best and was finally switched out to a much better waitress after the restaurant realized we were being ignored. It was 25 minutes to our drink order and almost an hour to our dinner order being served. It was one of the guests birthday which the restaurant knew in advance but was never acknowledged as most other high end restaurants do with a free dessert. In addition, by Saturday at 8p they were out of 4 of 6 desserts. They were also out of one of their seasonal cocktails at 7p. The cost of the entire experience (almost $500 for 5 people on a special occasion) was nowhere near the value received. Most importantly and sadly, the restaurant did nothing to offset our poor experience with service. We will not return.

   Our first time eating here and we will definitely be back. Cranberry really needed a restaurant like this.

   We had a wonderful experience. Nice ambiance with music in the background but didn’t interfere with conversation. Ribeye and cowboy ribeye were cooked perfectly and were tender and tasty. Caesar salad was fresh with tasty dressing. Fresh baked bread was crispy on the outside, soft inside. Au gratin potato (shareable) had just enough cheese and the cayenne pepper gave it an unexpected but welcome bite. The hazelnut cake and chocolate mousse were excellent— it overly sweet. And the service was perfect—Emily was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to interact with. Definitely recommend

   Superb all around! From the bread to the cocktails, to how the food was prepared. I highly recommend going here for a fancy date night.

   Great experience! Great Food! Great service! Pork chop was outstanding. Baked Oyster appetizer was very flavorful. Kelly was a wonderful server!

   Amazing atmosphere, with reservation, seated as soon as we walked in. Nice drink selection. No issues with service/wait staff, super friendly, explained the menu and all their specials. Got bread and salads we ordered fairly quickly. Problems them arose when no one was getting their entrees. We arrived at 7:15p, had our entrees ordered by 7:30p. We had a few hours to kill before picking our daughter up at 9:30p. By 8:55p with no entrees yet, we had to leave. Waiter and manager apologized, and comped our drinks and salads. No idea what was going on in the kitchen. Will try again when we don’t have to be anywhere after dinner!

   What a nicely remodeled spot with a contemporary, cozy and comfortable space. Service was attentive friendly snd pleasant. Wine list had plenty of options - prices are what would be expected at a steakhouse. Our food was presented nicely, though came out in a few waves . My steak was not served hot, and the Mrs crab cakes were more breading than tasty crab. The creamed spinach was tasty but too creamy. Salads were ok. Food was just average , but after a $900 bill for 4, the experience fell short. In fairness, the whole establishment was packed, but if you’re going to succeed it needs to notch up a few ticks to be really good.

   We had an amazing meal! We had heard that this new restaurant opened, but until now had not had an opportunity to go and enjoy. The restaurant is beautiful, very well appointing, chic and modern. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. We ate in the dining room because we wanted the table side Caesar, which was scrumptious and a nice novelty. The bar looks great. We’re going to check their happy hour next time . Go and enjoy. You will not be disappointed.
