Excellent tenderloin and scallops. Both cooked to perfection and seasoned well. Service was great. Will definitely dine here again.

the vibe was nice- low lighting but that about it. food was over priced, portions way too small even for a specialty menu (we got the valentines day special) and im not sure what they didn’t cook properly but unfortunately i spent the rest of my evening throwing it up. a valentines day to remember for sure. wish i could get my money back.

Good food, good service. Only thing that was disappointing is they put us at the smallest high top Table, hard to enjoy your meal when you are worried about things falling off the table.

As a person who is sensitive with scents, you get hit with a strong perfume when you enter the hotel doors. This scent travels into the restaurant and stayed with me and another diner throughout our meal. Hamburger and crabcakes were great and sliders OK. Meatballs were dry. Our waitress who was very nice seemed very new and and a bit nervous. We sat at a table in a corner where she couldn't get to us to serve us our food so we had to hand it down the table. The chairs were a strange design where the arms were extremely high and gave us little room to move our arms. Seems poorly designed for a high end restaurant.

Service and food were excellent. We had the caesar salad, the salmon and the achiote chicken. The restaurant and the bar are adjacent; no separation, so it's a bit noisy and not conducive to quiet conversation. And, the restaurant is a bit more pricey than I would expect for Tucson, even accounting for the excellent food and service.

St. Cruz Restaurant, which is the dining room inside the Leo Kent hotel in downtown Tucson seems to be somewhat of a sleeper in terms of patronage. However, having eaten there three times, I would recommend it. First, a "shout out" to our server, Emma. After seeing us looking somewhat puzzled as we perused our menus, she realized that we had inadvertently been given the lunch menus and promptly brought us the dinner menus. She described the entree special, pork bellies with asparagus risotto, which we both ordered. We both agreed that while tasty, a little pork belly goes a long way; and there was too much of it. But we loved the risotto. We both had a glass of wine. My friend's chardonnay was part of Happy Hour, so discounted; and my Rhone Blend, while not discounted, was quite reasonable--especially for a hotel restaurant! After all that food, we opted to finish our wine as dessert. I had mentioned in my reservation that we would be going to the theater after dinner; and Emma noted that. She was very efficient, but she never rushed us. We would eat there again.

Unfortunately they were out of several items on the menu and no Pinot Grigio. Food came out wrong and overdone but location was good for us
