   We had a miserable experience at Star Leaf. The restaurant did not seat us in a timely manner, the food came out in an uneven manner and was often cold or soaked in grease. Panda Express provides better customer service and food.

   The atmosphere/ambiance was quite pleasant. The service was fine; far from exceptional but good enough - not terribly noteworthy one way or another. With the exception of the egg rolls, which were decent, the food was presented well, but that’s when things went down hill quickly. Every remaining dish was absolutely soulless, flavorless and just plain poorly executed pretty much top to bottom. The Crying Tiger Salad didn’t contain Crying Tiger style beef. It was served with overcooked, dry slices of steak that were vaguely seasoned with an Asian spice blend. The Thai Royal Curry with Lobster was just bad. It was served luke warm and didn't contain any of the elements that you’d expect from a curry dish. The lobster was okay, but it essentially sat in a yellow gravy with no flavor. Service note: there were no spoons, bowls etc. served with this dish. The Royal Crown Fried Rice was the worst fried rice dish I’ve ever had. I mean that from the bottom of my heart. I’m not sure how you remove all of the elements that make fried rice a go-to standard in every Asian restaurant in the US, but Star Leaf managed to do it. The rice wasn’t fried and that was just the starting point. The Lime Steamed Chilean Seabass was passable, but the sauce more resembled a tomatillo sauce than anything. At least it was served hot. Madame Noi’s Pork Collar was served room temperature and again lacked flavor. By this course, everything began to taste like an “elevated” meal at Disneyland. Overall, the food was completely uninspired and poorly cooked. I wouldn’t be surprised if it had been prepared and bagged prior to being warmed up in the on site kitchen. The prices are completely incongruent with the product. It’s waaaay overpriced. I can’t fathom a circumstance under which I’ll be returning.

   The food was good, the service for drinks was very slow. The coordination between the food runners and the waitstaff seems to be off. I ordered a cocktail and after it was served I was told it’s the last one. Which seemed strange being 7 pm on a Saturday night. There were 4 items not available on the menu as soon as we sat down. Which again seems strange to be out of it at 7 pm on a Saturday .

   The food was excellent definitely an explosion of flavors. You could see the quality and taste of the food was very good.  The food was a little slow coming out but worth the wait. The ambience was very nice Asian themed food server communicated well and gave us great recommendations. We will definitely be coming back to taste more dishes.

   Lobster Curry, dont leave without having this dish, amazing. Jonathan took care of us, wifes birthday, he was very knowledgeable about the food, drinks. Never felt rushed, took our time and enjoyed the food, drinks and ambiance. Well worth the visit.

   We were there celebrating wife birthday. The staffs are very helpful with our grandson and infant baby. It was very packed near our table with group of people. Services was impeccable. Food was very tasty. Nice places

   Asian food is normally not my first choice, but the look of this newly relocated pan-Asian restaurant and the reviews intrigued us. Everything was a delightful surprise, from the smokey seasonal craft cocktails, to the warm and enthusiastic server, to the marvelous food. Perfect balance of fresh ingredients, courageous spices, beautiful mixture of crunch and creamy and flavors we won't soon forget. We'll be back.

    Food was not as I expected. Loved the lamb chop and the Royal Thai curry. Mango sticky rice was also good. Service was excellent.
