A really bad value for the money. Better to Google “coffee roasting” than to pay for this.

If you're a cocktail lover, the Art of the Espresso Martini class is a must! Nayeli & Corn were amazing – not only fun but incredibly knowledgeable. They guided us through the history, ingredients, and techniques needed to craft the perfect espresso martini. The class was interactive and hands-on, allowing us to mix, shake, and taste our creations. Whether you're new to cocktails or an experienced mixologist, this class is definitely worth it!

This “experience” is kind of a rip off in my opinion. We had multiple people from the store walk use though this experience who gave us the same exact talking points. It was very repetitive. I also thought we’d get a private roasting experience but instead we were in the public area and there were other people around who didn’t pay for the experience getting the same lesson/information as those that paid. My recommendation is to not pay $60 for this experience but instead show up at the same time the experience starts and get the roasting lesson for free. Only difference is we got to try two kinds of black coffee but I’m pretty sure you could order those at the counter for less than $60 and have your own tasting too.

We did the coffee lab tasting experience, which was so awesome! Damiel was so knowledgeable and helped us understand the tasting notes and explained the different ways the beans are processed. If we have the chance to go again, I would also want to do the tour and learn more about the process. It was great!

My husband and I attended the Art of Espresso class, and it was an incredible experience! Although the class typically accommodates six to eight people, we lucked out and had a private session for just the two of us. The class began with learning how to craft a traditional espresso martini, which was a lot of fun. From there, we sampled a flight of three additional espresso martinis, each with distinct flavor profiles from different alcohols being added. Our instructor, Patrick, was phenomenal! He was extremely knowledgeable about coffee, the history of espresso martinis, and even shared fascinating details about the Starbucks Reserve Roastery. His passion and expertise truly elevated the experience. If you're a coffee lover or looking for a unique date activity, I highly recommend this class. It's fun, informative, and delicious.
