   We had such high expectations for a wonderful meal, however, several factors lead to the poor review, such as: 1. A hostess that had a stoic attitude and did not smile. 2. Music being played so loudly, it made conversation with anyone other that someone next to you, challenging (this included speaking the the staff). 3. The waitress forgetting to bring a drink for a guest, until being reminded. 4. The bar did not have a midori liqueur 5. Specifically requested to have the salad brought out before the entree, it was brought out at the same time as the entree 6. The server who brought out desert literally and hurriedly placed the plates on the table and left quickly 7. The waitress only asked two guests at the table if they wanted desert, there were 4 guests at the table. 8. The music being played was of various genres, a strange blend of songs, and again, played very loudly; did not contribute to a pleasurable dining experience. 9. The placement of the table was so awkwardly positioned and placed too closely to a wall, not allowing one of four guests to sit facing the table, without having to move the table, and thus encroach upon other table in close proximity. 10. After receiving our entrees and salads at the same time, our waitress did not come back to check and see how everything was for an extended period of time; this lead to having to flag her down to get a drink that was forgotten for one of our guests. 11. While taking entree orders from our table, after taking the order of one guest, skipped to the next guest, without asking if a side order was desired, but did ask other guests; we had to ask the waitress to take the order from the guest for a side order. We really wished to have a positive experience at Steak 48, but what we encountered was completely different.

   Once again, a fabulous dining experience. Our server Dan was wonderful. All of our food was delicious as always. I had the caviar and was in heaven. The entire team goes out of their way to make their guests feel very special. Already looking forward to our next visit.

   We had the most amazing experience! We celebrated a birthday and our server Kevin, was wonderful! He was knowledgeable and knew how to guide us through the menu flawlessly. Thanks for making it special.

   Such a beautiful restaurant with great service, amazing food, and an elevated luxurious atmosphere! Love the glass kitchen and being able to see everything going on in the kitchen! We ate in the main dining room, but they had several private rooms and semi private tables, which is nice for planning special events. Everything we ordered was wonderful, will definitely be back!

    This was my husband’s and my first time dining at Steak 48. The food was delicious, the music on point and the overall ambiance was great. Shout out to Veronica N, her service was exemplary! We had such a great time and she is the reason why we will be returning.
