   Great food and lovely service We are spending my children’s half term in London. My daughters really love sushi and Japanese food and they really enjoyed this dinner. Thank you

   My husband and I decided to celebrate our 10th anniversary together at Stick’n’sushi : the food was delicious and the atmosphere cool and cozy. We wanted to be at the bar to watch the staff making food. The service was nice and we got the dessert on the house for our celebration :) Highly recommended

   This is my 2nd time at the restaurant and the food was as incredible as I remembered, the beef tataki and the crab croquettes were the star of the show for us. I was sat for 20 minutes without being offered a drink but aside from that everything was really enjoyable.

   The only fault I can give is the staff on entrance were all for the grumpy. No one said hello or welcome when we walked in and they just stood there standing at us for a good while. The blonde lady at the desk was so rude and not welcoming at all. This is a big concern due to first impressions being everything, you really don’t want front of house staff being so unfriendly. After waiting about 5 minutes (we were the only ones stood there) we were finally showed to our table. From being seated at the table then everything and staff were okay but not before. The waiter we had on our table was so lovely and made sure we had everything we needed and the table was always promptly cleaned and cleared. Food was so good we had the set valentines menu and would definitely come again for the food.

   A Disappointing Experience with Lackluster Food and Service I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment we sat down, the service felt rushed, as though the staff were more concerned with turning tables than ensuring a quality dining experience. Our order arrived incorrect, with missing items, and what did make it to the table was underwhelming. The dishes lacked depth of flavor, relying heavily on an overly sweet sauce that masked rather than enhanced the ingredients. The salmon and beef skewers, in particular, were disappointingly fatty and poorly cooked—bland without the sugary glaze slathered over them. More concerning was the lack of care regarding dietary restrictions. Despite clearly communicating my gluten allergy to multiple staff members, I experienced an adverse reaction, suggesting possible cross-contamination. While they did provide gluten-free soy sauce, something in the meal clearly wasn’t safe, which raises concerns about their handling of allergens. Service was indifferent at best, with staff displaying little attentiveness or effort to rectify the issues. Overall, while the food was edible, it was far from impressive, and the poor attention to detail—both in the kitchen and in service—makes it difficult to recommend this restaurant.
